Welcome to Invention to Venture: Clean Energy!
This is the 1st annual Invention to Venture workshop hosted
by the Venture Development Center.

I2V Clean Energy is one in a
series of events leading up to the $125,000 Ignite
Clean Energy Competition (ICE).This day-long boot
camp is chaired by Paul Wormser,
the founding CEO of Konarka, is your chance to access
important information, experts and advisors that will
increase your chances of winning the ICE prize. If you
are competing in ICE 2007 or are just curious about
what it takes to be an entrepreneur, the I2V workshops
are a great opportunity to learn from the region's experts.
This I2V is also part of EntrepreneurshipWeek USA and
will be held at UMass Boston, easily accessible via

The workshop is an introduction to the process and practice
of clean energy technology entrepreneurship. As with all I2V
events, our goal is to engage a wide range of participants
from the university community, including science and technology
students and faculty as well as members of the surrounding
business community.
This event is a co-production of the Venture
Development Center, the Massachusetts
Technology Transfer Center, (MTTC)and the National
Collegiate Inventors & Innovators Alliance.
Cost: $10 Students, $35 Faculty and $75 General Admission
