Mr. LaPan heads the Innovation Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to entrepreneurship and the creation of successful new ventures based on innovation and creative ideas.

Mr. LaPan was previously President & CEO of NBS Imaging Systems (1994-2000), and held senior management positions at General Electric (1986-1994). His MS in Organization and Human Resources Development is from The American University, Washington, DC (1993), and his BS in Business Management (High Honors, Summa Cum Laude) is from Franklin Pierce College, Rindge, NH (1986).
