Invention to Venture Workshop: Medical Device Startup Process

The Johns Hopkins University is proud to host a one-day workshop on the basics of medical device entrepreneurship.

Presentations will focus on venture capital, marketing, intellectual property, business plans, and related topics. Guest speakers are experts drawn from the region and across the country.

The workshop is intended primarily for university students and faculty, but is also open to anyone interested in transforming ideas into start-up ventures.

Invention to Venture workshops are held in cooperation with the National Collegiate Inventors and Innovators Alliance (NCIIA).

 

Registration Fee:


Early registration is available until Sep 30, 2008:

  • $20 for Students
  • $50 for University Faculty & Staff
  • $75 for all others

The registration fee includes a participant guide, Friday evening reception, continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks. Registration is now closed!
