Thomas Anderson, President and Chief Executive Officer of First Responder Systems & Technology, Inc

Mr. Anderson joined First Responder Systems and Technology, Inc. in June of 2002. He brings over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience in business development, research, market analysis, sales and marketing, and strategic development. Mr. Anderson originally joined the company as a consultant and was subsequently hired as Vice President of Administration in 2003. He was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2004 and was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer in 2007. Mr. Anderson is a panelist for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Project Responder identifying priorities for core capabilities in the nation's public safety effort. He also sits on the Department of Defense's Consequence Management Program Integration Office and the Department of Justice's Federal Bureau of Investigation Weapons of Mass Destruction Countermeasures Interagency Board (IAB) on their Interoperable Communications and Information Systems Sub-Committee in Washington, DC as a subject matter expert. In his duties as an officer of FiRST, he is a corporate Gem Partner of the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) where he has been a member of the IAFC Manufacturer's Roundtable for 5 years, a corporate member of the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM), the Fire and Emergency Manufacturers and Services Association (FEMSA) as well as a member of the Louisiana Emergency Preparedness Association (LEPA).

Prior to FiRST, Mr. Anderson was co-founder and CEO of the New York City-based online market research company WeTheShoppers.com. He managed the Oracle, LINUX and UNIX technology group and the operations which built a permission-based consumer research database management system and top-rated community website of over 250,000 registered and profiled members. Mr. Anderson was President of MarketArts Consulting, Inc., a New York City-based consulting firm working in concept marketing, tough-to-market specialized products and audience/consumer development. Prior to this, he served as VP for Marketing and Sales for a pro-audio company called Studio Techniques, LP in Danbury, CT. Mr. Anderson holds a BA in Cultural Anthropology & Qualitative Research with studies in Human Communications, History and Fine Arts from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. As a Meadows Scholar, Mr. Anderson received an MFA in performance specializing in Shakespeare and Chekov from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. Originally from New York City, he was a lead volunteer and organizer for mass care (ESF-6) at Ground Zero working with the Seaman's Church Institute and the Episcopal Church USA and New York Diocese relief mission at St. Paul's Chapel after September 11th where he received a special commendation for recognition of outstanding volunteer service during the World Trade Center Emergency Relief Effort of 2001.

Pat Dickson, Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship of Calloway School of Business and Accountancy at Wake Forest University

Pat H. Dickson spent fifteen years as an entrepreneur co-founding companies in the automotive parts and service industry, and as a corporate entrepreneur serving as Director of Franchising for a super regional service and manufacturing company. In the mid-1990's Dickson embarked on academic career teaching entrepreneurship students at the University of Louisville, Georgia Tech and now as an Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship in the Calloway School of Business and Accountancy at Wake Forest University. Student teams mentored by Dickson have since 2001 founded six ventures that have collectively been issued multiple patents and have raised over 4.9 million dollars in equity funding and commercialization grants. Additionally two of those ventures have successfully completed both Phase 1 and Phase II SBIR Funding. Although three of the ventures are still in the early stages of development, two ventures have had successful exits through acquisitions and a third has achieved profitability.

Bryan Greenwood, Assistant Director of Louisiana Business & Technology Center

Bryan Greenwood is Assistant Director at the Louisiana Business & Technology Center (LBTC), the 2005 NBIA Business Incubator of the year, located at LSU. He is responsible for working with the LBTC's tenants and clients in the areas of strategic planning, business planning, technology commercialization strategies, business process analysis, financial analysis and modeling, and venture coach in preparation for company fund raising activities.

Previously, Mr. Greenwood was a commercial loan officer with a couple of financial institutions where he focused on small business lending and government guaranteed lending. Greenwood received his bachelor degree in Finance from Louisiana State University in 1989 and his MBA in 2007.

Greenwood is a certified FastTrac™ Facilitator by Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and is a member of the National Business Incubator Association (NBIA), the Association of Small Business Development Centers, Risk Management Association (RMA), and Louisiana Industrial Development Executives Association (LIDEA).

Greenwood performs community outreach and public speaking activities, served on a non-profit board, lectures in business classes, recruits companies to take part in classroom case-projects, organizes training events and works with economic development groups to promote the startup, growth and development of small businesses, and commercialization of new products, thereby creating jobs for Louisiana.

Terry Jones, Founder & Managing Partner of Dean Capital

Terry D. Jones is the founder and Managing Partner of Dean Capital, LLC, which provides equity and debt capital for businesses in various stages, from seed through later stage. The firm serves a variety of industries, including information technology, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, and service.

Dean Capital has begun a capital raise for a new angel equity fund, the first in Louisiana, that will be focused on pre-seed, seed, and early stage deals located primarily in Louisiana. The fund will provide portfolio companies with capital and expertise in numerous aspects of running a company including: operations, marketing, finance, and M & A, among others.

Dean Capital recently assumed leadership of the Louisiana Angel Network (LAN). LAN is focused on connecting entrepreneurs and angels in Louisiana as well as providing educational seminars to both groups to help facilitate the funding and growth of start-up companies.

Mr. Jones began his career in commercial banking and quickly moved on to the venture and debt investment world while serving as a Vice President with Source Capital. He left Source Capital to join Business Loan Center, a New York based publicly-traded lending and investment company, which was subsequently acquired by Allied Capital. Mr. Jones founded Dean Capital in 1999. He has served as a consultant on numerous acquisitions and has served in interim capacities in senior management positions with several start-up ventures.

Mr. Jones currently serves on the boards of Bizzuka, The Louisiana Technology Fund, Labyrinth Healthcare Group d/b/a Patient Care, and International Mezzo Technologies. He previously served as Chairman of Connectutilities which was acquired by a national competitor earlier this year as well as serving on the board of MD Technologies. He also serves as President on the civic board of the Baton Rouge Soccer Association. Mr. Jones also previously served on the boards of the Louisiana Economic Development Corporation and the American Heart Association. He is a recipient of the Baton Rouge Business Report's "40 Under 40" award. He has served as a judge for the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report / LSU E.J. Ourso College of Business business plan competition, and as a selection judge for presenting companies and a panelist for the Louisiana Purchase Venture Capital Forum.

Joseph Lovett, Managing General Partner of Louisiana Fund I

Joseph F. Lovett, 58 is the Managing General Partner of Louisiana
Fund I, an early stage, high technology venture capital fund based in
Louisiana with 20 Limited Partners including the LSU Foundation,
Tulane University, Baton Rouge Area Foundation, five pension funds
(Teachers, State Firefighters, New Orleans Firefighters, Municipal
Employees, District Attorneys) and several private individuals. Mr.
Lovett's 36 years of experience in the life science field includes
increasingly responsible positions in sales, marketing and general
management at CR Bard, Mallinckrodt and Damon Biotech. Venture
capital experience includes three venture capital funds (1988-2003)
as a general partner with Medical Science Partners in affiliation
with Harvard University managing $70,000,000 which resulted in 13
IPO's. Mr. Lovett has a BA in economics from the University of
Vermont and an MBA from California State Polytechnic University.

Jim Pelton, Retired as Senior Counsel of Dow Chemical

Jim Pelton retired as Senior Counsel, Hydrocarbons and Energy for Dow Chemical Company in July 2004. At Dow, he also held positions of Senior Counsel, Licensing, Hydrocarbons & Energy; Managing Counsel, Specialty Chemicals; at Louisiana Division, Plaquemine, LA, Managing Counsel, LA Division; Senior Attorney.

Since retiring, Jim Pelton continues to consult with clients in private practice; filing patent applications and prosecution work. Since 2006, he has volunteered with SCORE, Counselors for America's Small Businesses, both in-person and nationally via email.

Jarett Rodriguez, Project Manager of Stephenson Entrepreneurship Institutue - LSU

Jarett Rodriguez earned an Executive MBA through the LSU Flores MBA Program. He also holds a Master of Education in physiology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. His undergraduate degree, which he received from Louisiana Tech, is in business management and entrepreneurship.

Currently, Rodriguez is employed as Project Manager and Business Manager for the Stephenson Entrepreneurship Institute at LSU's E. J. Ourso College of Business. Rodriguez serves as a liaison between the Stephenson Entrepreneurship Institute & the Louisiana Business & Technology Center, bridging the research side with the hands-on side of business education. Additionally, Rodriguez is in charge of special projects and teaches entrepreneurship and franchising classes at LSU. He has also taught in the College of Nursing at Southeastern Louisiana University and the College of Education at the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

Rodriguez has founded or co-founded eight companies ranging from a franchise health club to a construction company to an IT consulting firm to a furniture manufacturing company. He serves on the host committee for the Louisiana Purchase Venture Capital Forum and the Board of Directors for the LSU's MBA Alumni Association.
