Welcome to Invention to Venture: Maine at Orono!

The University of Maine will host a one-day workshop Friday, November 9, on the basics of technology entrepreneurship. The workshop is intended primarily for college and university students, but is also open to anyone who wants to know more about this very important topic. Presentations will focus on venture capital, marketing, intellectual property, business plans, and related topics. This workshop, "Invention to Venture," is being held in cooperation with the National Collegiate Inventors and Innovators Alliance (NCIIA).

Cost: $10 Students, faculty members, and staff, and $75 Business Community & Other. Participant guide, lunch and a continental breakfast are all included in the fee.
