John Cosgriff of Invest America
Mr.
Cosgriff joined InvestAmerica as the Manager of the North Dakota region
in 1995. Prior to joining InvestAmerica, Cosgriff worked as a Business
Development Specialist, Loan Officer, and International Trade Officer
with the Small Business Administration in North Dakota. John currently
serves as Manager for several InvestAmerica companies. Mr. Cosgriff is
responsible for new investment selection and manages InvestAmerica's
North Dakota office and its investment region in addition to being an
active portfolio manager of several portfolio companies at the board
level.
Mr. Cosgriff received his MS in Economics and BS in Business Economics
from North Dakota State University. He attended the NASBIC Venture
Capital Institute.

Gerald Finken of Clinical Supplies Management

has been President of CSMĀ® since its incorporation in January 1997.
Finken has extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical
industries. He started his career in clinical supplies with
Bristol-Myers Squibb (originally E.R. Squibb & Sons, Inc.) where he
was involved in a wide range of activities from sterile manufacturing
to reconciliation, and global clinical supplies logistics. At PRACS
Institute, Finken developed and ran its new site management
organization division. Prior to founding CSM, he worked as an
independent clinical supplies consultant, working on numerous projects
for biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients.
Finken received his Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy from Rutgers
College of Pharmacy and his Masters in Management Systems Analysis from
Kean College of NJ, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is an
Adjunct Professor and serves on the Advisory Board of NDSU College of
Pharmacy.

Robert Lindberg of Advenio Partners
Rob Lindberg is an investment manager at Advenio Partners LLC where he manages venture capital investments in seed and early stage companies.
He currently sits on the board of governors for Pond Filtration LLC after acting as an advisor to the company's restructuring restructure and acceptance of strategic investment.
Additionally, Rob consults small businesses in the Fargo-Moorhead area with business plans, financial modeling and management of the venture capital process.
Before his work at Advenio, Rob worked as an investment analyst for the
FM Angel Investment Fund where he was responsible for analyzing early-stage businesses throughout the due diligence process including evaluating financial projections, valuations and investment terms, sales and marketing plans, and management abilities.
Sharon Miller of North Dakota State University Research Park

Ms.
Miller joined the NDSU Research & Technology Park in July 2007 as a
talent specialist. Sharon is currently developing and implementing a
new program for students to jumpstart their careers in the technology
industry. It is an innovative opportunity to leverage her recruiting
experience in the private sector to bridge the gap between the academic
experience and "real world" productivity.
Prior to joining NDSU, Sharon served as the director of recruiting
services for The Partner Channel in Fargo, N.D. Her expertise includes
over nine years of recruiting experience with companies such as Great
Plains Software and Microsoft Business Solutions, Fargo, N.D.; the
Valley City Economic Development Corporation, Valley City, N.D.; and
RDO Equipment Company, Fargo, N.D. In a volunteer capacity, she also
serves on the Workforce Council of the Greater Fargo-Moorhead Economic
Development Corporation, the Business & Office Education Advisory
Committee of the Fargo Public Schools and the Roger Maris Benefit Golf
Tournament. Miller holds a bachelor's degree in English from the
University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, and is a member of the Society of
Human Resources Management.

Mark Rheault of Intelligent InSites

Mark
brings more than 17 years of leadership, strategic vision, and proven
innovation in the healthcare and technology arenas. He is directly
responsible for Intelligent InSites' business growth strategies,
including sales, marketing, partnership, distribution, and capital
raising activities. Prior to joining Intelligent InSites, Rheault
operated an executive consulting practice that catered specifically to
small and medium-sized technology companies, particularly those in the
healthcare and wireless technology fields. Rheault's product designs
helped BeAtHome, a provider of a web-based home automation solution,
win the Consumer Electronics Show "Best of Show" award in 2001 and
again in 2002. He has successfully executed worldwide product launches
and has forged partnerships with several Fortune 500 companies,
including Microsoft, Fuji, and GE. Prior to that, Rheault spent five
years as the leader of the web application development group at
MeritCare Health System, one of the largest integrated delivery
networks in the U.S.
Rheault holds an MBA from North Dakota State University and a BS in
Business from Southern Illinois University. He is the founder of the
RFID Consortium for Healthcare, a member of the Advisory Committee for
the NDSU Center of Technology Enterprise, an Alien Technology Fellow,
and a certified PMI Project Management Professional.

Jonathan Tolstedt of Brainstorm Consulting LLC

Jonathan
has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master
of Science degree in Computer Science. He has been working in the
embedded electronics field for the past 19 years, and is currently
working at Phoenix International, the electronics division of John
Deere, in Fargo, North Dakota. In the summer of 2006, Jonathan became a
registered patent agent, and works with the John Deere Intellectual
Property department to create new patent applications for Phoenix
inventions. Jonathan is also the owner and president of Brainstorm
Consulting, LLC, which provides technical documentation and patent
drafting services, and is an adjunct lecturer for the Electrical and
Computer Engineering department at North Dakota State University.

Alex Warner of Pedigree Technologies

Alex
provides the strategic vision and leadership for Pedigree Technologies.
Alex is a wireless technology and marketing professional, M2M advocate,
and online software service proponent. Prior to founding the company,
he was a strategic account manager for a major vendor of Microsoft's
ERP division. He helped pioneer that account into a new business
division that evolved into one of the largest accounts in the Company's
36 year history.
His past experiences include a diverse background in technical
operations, technical sales and consulting for data communication &
networking services. He has held sales positions for Competitive Local
Exchange Carrier, McCleod USA. He has also worked in technical
operations roles for Minneapolis St Paul's first Internet Service
Provider, Bitstream Underground (Now IP House) as well as one of the
areas first managed device networking service providers, Network
Guidance, (now NUVO Networks).
For the past four years he has been on the forefront in the development
of systems that support wireless device technologies in RFID, Wireless
Sensor Networks, and Location Aware Devices. Alex holds several
Bachelor's degrees from North Dakota State University and St. Cloud
State University of Minnesota in Plant Sciences, Communications, and
Computer Information Systems.
