Participants must make their own hotel reservations by Monday, March 16, in order to take advantage of the negotiated room-block rate (after which costs go up significantly). Also, to keep costs in control and to ensure opportunities for the collaborative work required during the Workshop, students should try to share rooms to the greatest extent practical.
