The University of Central Florida in parternship with the Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation will host a one-day workshop Friday, November 5, on the basics of technology entrepreneurship.
The workshop is intended primarily for college and university students, but is also open to anyone who wants to know more about turning an idea into a venture. Presentations will focus on venture capital, marketing, intellectual property, business plans, and related topics. Guest speakers are experts drawn from the region.
Invention to Venture workshops are held in cooperation with the National Collegiate Inventors and Innovators Alliance (NCIIA).

Participant guide, lunch, a continental breakfast and coffee breaks are all included in the fee.
