Location: Main Street Landing, 60 Lake Street, Burlington, VT 05401  (across from the Hilton Hotel)

Parking:  There is available parking at the Hilton Hotel (pay by the hour) and parking available on the Waterfront next to the Echo Center. 

The University of Vermont and VCET will host a one-day workshop Friday, April 11, 2008 on the basics of technology entrepreneurship.

The workshop is intended primarily for college and university students, but is also open to anyone who wants to know more about this very important topic. Presentations will focus on venture capital, marketing, intellectual property, business plans, and related topics. Guest speakers are experts drawn from the region.

Invention to Venture workshops are held in cooperation with the National Collegiate Inventors and Innovators Alliance (NCIIA).

Cost: $5 Students, $25 Faculty Members & Staff, $25 Alumni, and $50 for Business Community & Others.

Participant guide, lunch and an early evening reception are all included in the fee.
